Maclayne is a Calgary and Toronto-based indie pop singer-songwriter who crafts memorable and melodic musical stories that are authentically quirky, deeply relatable, and distinctly her own. Often likened to artists like Olivia Rodrigo and Regina Spektor, she pairs an original musical voice with a clear perspective on life to create songs that resonate with audiences of all ages.

A gifted storyteller, Maclayne’s live show is a journey, each song a chapter. Through an endearing and playful performance that is as sincerely truthful as it is unexpectedly theatrical and funny, Maclayne has the ability to entertain and captivate any room she finds herself in.

Imogen Moon is a Galiano based, singer songwriter. Growing up, Imogen was constantly surrounded by the arts, and music has been a constant. After her release with Cellar Music of “When They Start Rebelling,” (ft. Members of The Dap-Kings,) a project originally written by her grandfather, she was recognized and heavily supported by the CBC. In 2023, she landed a #2 spot on the top 20s list hosted by Grant Laurence, for her song, “Nicolston Dam.” Imogen has been working for the last three years along side her collaborative partners, Ethan Reid & Sandro Perez on upcoming releases in the alternative, r&b-funk world. Her upcoming shows will be featuring her released, and unreleased works. Her material mostly revolves around conversations of social justice, environmental activism, and feminism.

This concert is being hosted on the unceded, asserted & shared traditional territories of Penelakut, Lamalcha, Hwlitsum and other Hul’qumi’num and SENĆOŦEN speaking peoples, Coast Salish Peoples of Galiano, as well as the ceded territories of Tsawwassen First Nation, on what is now known as Galiano Island.

Supported by the CRD Arts and Culture, BC Arts Council, CCA and the Province of BC.
